Sparrow and Brambles was hired by these amazing homeowners to create an entertaining space that their clients share with family and friends. With very tight impervious coverage limitations to the design, we really had to think about efficient ways to give the clients everything they wanted….Including an outdoor kitchen, fire place, pool, and patios. Several design concepts and sketches were developed to insure that the clients got what they wanted.
Some ways that we pushed sustainability on site was working with the pool contractors to balance the amount of grading needed on site, using native stone from the northeast, transplanting 10″ caliper weeping willows, and using drought tolerant perennials to minimize the need for irrigation. Installation of this project was completed by Mullaney Contractors and SwimMor Pools.
We look forward to a follow up visit (3 years later now) to see how the property is doing!
